Youth180 impact report
Your impact report isn’t a recap. It’s a STRATEGIC tool.
The Challenge Youth180 does serious work: prevention, intervention, and clinical care for young people and families across North Texas. But like many nonprofits, they were sitting on a year's worth of meaningful outcomes with no clear way to communicate what it all added up to. They needed something that could speak to funders, partners, and community members at the same time, without losing the human beings at the center of it.
Our Approach Most impact reports exist in one of two modes: a data dump, or a brand piece that glosses over the actual work. We helped Youth180 synthesize the two. Every design choice, from the visual identity to the layout to the data presentation, was made to authentically reflect both what Youth180 does and who they are. The numbers carry the story. The story gives the numbers weight. Qualitative compliments quantitative. We developed a youth-centered visual identity that felt authentic to the communities Youth180 serves. Data visualizations were designed to be legible at a glance while holding enough context to reward closer reading. And the narrative structure was built to carry their full three-part model — prevention, intervention, and clinical care — as a coherent whole rather than a list of program updates.
The Result A 2024–2025 Impact Report that reads like the organization it represents: intentional, confident, and built around the people it serves. Youth180 now has a report they can put in front of any audience — from major donors to community partners — and have it do real positioning work, not just documentation. Design is strategy. And strategy builds trust.
